Trim difference

While browsing Craigslist the other day I found a 02 xterra with a blown engine, the body is on way better shape than mine (and its forest green) and was thinking that shoveling my engine and trans in to it. But it is a auto and mine is a manual. So now the big question, what difference is there between the auto and manual center console?

It's just the rubber tub gasket against the transmission tunnel and the console trim. That's it as far as body differences.

It is just a trim piece. It has the shift boot in it. But you need the floor gasket that allows the shifter to pass through. Now I don't know if you have to cut the tub.

All the parts you need to swap the manual over are already in your truck. No sheet metal would need to be cust, and the console is the same. Also, there's no reason you couldn't just swap your engine over and keep the auto, if you so desired.
