Thanks. I haven't taken it off road yet but so far totally worth it. It drives and steers better than before but my alignment was shot and wouldn't stay aligned.

It runs, just trying finish up a bunch of stuff to get it driving. I'll be making a big push to get it finished here in the next month

I already had lift shackles from 4x4 which gave me 1.5". Then I added their AAL that gave me 2.5" of lift for a total of 4" or so. The calming kit gave me roughly 4" or so.

Other than that all is stock in the back. I'm still running my 33s so I didn't bother re gearing the rear and the Dana 44 didn't have a carrier when I bought it so I found one on eBay that already had 4.88s on it for $80.

Right on! That's close to what I'be got. I'm running those same gears wit 35s and it's really not that bad. I'm sure 5:13s would be better but the 4.9s work!

Oh snap Casey.... I didn't even know you went SAS. Nice. Love the custom setup. I have 305/70/16 and they are pretty wide and heavy. When I go 35s I will Probably go with some 5.13s but until then my 33s and 4.9s are good enough.

Looking awesome! I'm getting jealous of all you SAS guys.

4.90s and 33s ftw. Mine run great. Buy when SAS and 35s,definitely going to 5.13s.

Also, my manual transmission plays with that too. As my transmission ratios are generally lower.

Removed my body lift today. Also had to remove my winch and winch mounting plate. The plate wouldn't fit without the body lift. I need to redesign it then put it back on. Without the weight of the winch my front end raised up higher than the back.

I did end up using the stock arm. I had to ream it out a bit to fit the bigger tie rod. Eventually I may get a beefier arm but right now my stock one is fine.

I am using my stock front axle. I ended up adding a double cardon joint on the transfer case side and that's it.

Sort of. I got the idea from ronin. Like ronin I plan to do a Nissan TD27. I want to keep as much of it Nissan as I can.

Smart man^^^. The Cummins is cool to have in and runs fantastic but the little Nissan diesel will fit much better, be a lot easier to swap in and probably won't make as much noise. Can't wait till you get to that point. Need more diesel Xs

I like the noise of yours. lol

I plan to make the TD27ti a little more noisy and plan to run a higher boost and a intercooler too. I just want 1) the ease of install and 2) I am a Nissan fan to the core so I want to keep it Nissan as much as I can. I wish Nissan did a solid axle that we can swap in like the Yota boys have.

Then why didn't you do the h233b front swap?
