I'm very interested in ensuring I am prepared for whatever might happen. So here are some pictures of some of the equipment I've established mounting brackets/points for on/inside the truck:

Hopefully I never use this lol

MOLLE seat covers are great because they allow you to use whatever configuration of your own MOLLE pouches you'd prefer. I keep mine full of vehicle recovery and camping equipment.

Thanks again everyone. You all keep me motivated lol.

Just got these in the mail.....they are simply new housings for the OE fog lights...but with amber lens for cosmetic appeal. Ordering some KC's for off-roading and will mount somewhere cool.

Excellent work on this truck! Looks great. Cool pup, too. I've got a shepherd mix who likes to hang out in my X even more than I do, haha.

... Can you come clean mine for me?

Hows the room in the back seat? I want a set, but I occasionally have passengers

I used to charge $50 but I'm getting old so my prices have gone up lol

I keep my rear seats folded down because my dog rides more than other people. But when the seats are up, there is still enough room to sit comfortably, even when all the pouches are fully loaded.

Courtesy of Raingler, got the ceiling cargo net set up today. I'm waiting on the cargo shelf net to get here before the real fun begins bwuhahahaha.

And I went on ahead and threw my straps up there to free up space in the factory cargo cubbie holes. Might as well use the ceiling for storage!

Got this cool battery bracket courtesy of Off-road Gorilla. (Its actually orange, my camera phone sucks)

IMAG0847_1_zpscmxqgavu.jpg

I made mounting points with D-rings for the smaller cooler which sits perfectly in the factory basket even with the Hi-Lift mounted. And also mounted the water cans. I dont drive around with all this **** attached unless I'm doing a test run to see how well the mounts hold up (which was especially nerve wracking when I mounted the Hi-Lift lol)

XTerraNation decal finally.

Cool magnet bar from Harbor Freight (just $5!!). Mounted it to the rear ceiling and tested it with a shackle. Pretty handy.

Also picked up a "come-along" (poor man's winch) and tested it out.

Worked pretty damn well (under ideal conditions though). And also picked up better shackles.

The shackles on your bumper, we're they just drilled through or is that an after market bumper? I was thinking about doing the same to mine but wouldn't even know where to start.

I picked up the anchor points from here:

http://p-p-engineering.myshopify.co...n-1-2000-2004/products/xterra-recovery-points

I had to drill two 3/4 inch wide slots in my factory bumper. The anchor points mount right up to your frame in the same bolt location as your factory bumper. The shackles were purchased separately at a hardware store.

I have a Shrock rear. And it's just okay. Honestly I don't think it's worth the money.

What front bumper is on that other truck? I don't recognize it.

Thanks to Malin_Rebate, the CB has been installed (firestick barely visible on driverside rear corner of roof rack). Radio is mounted where my sun visor used to be.

Also picked up some smittybilt mud tracks.

Annnnnd installed a snorkel with Malin_Rebates help.
