Let us know how you like it. I don't really do any specific "diet" per se, but more of something that I found works for myself. High in protein, low in carbs (except my post workout drink), plenty of fruits, not as many veggies as fruits. So basically I'm saying I'm no help here, just want to see replies.

that's basically paleo, you just can't eat certain foods with paleo that's it.

Wanted to bump this to say I've recently started Paleo. So far everything we've made has been good, and some of it tastes better than the non Paleo version.

Sounds too picky for my tastes. Id rather take the challenge out of eating then add one. Probably more expensive too. No thanks lol

Bumping this again. I was strictly paleo for about two months and then fell off the wagon. I plan on doing the 21 day sugar detox when I get back from Kansas City in a couple of weeks to hopefully get over the cravings for bad sugars, carbs, and gluten(which I'm allergic to and need to stop consuming it). I can definitely say that during the two months I was strictly paleo I felt better, I actually slept normally, had much more energy, noticed I wasn't as moody and belligerent(so says my wife). I also lost about 20 pounds, that was a huge plus.

I have been paleo for about 6 months now.. I cheat from time to time and I also eat cheese.. Its really not an expensive diet..it takes practice. I love eating meat though and I feel like a beast when at the gym! My favorite sure simple meal is hamburger salad.. Just grill up a lb of hamburger, throw it on a bunch of lettuce, pickels, tomatoes and maybe some onions. Few squirts of mustard and ketchup... Viola.. Hamburger salad.. Also don't be scared to put bacon on everything!
Since I started eating paleo I have been in the best shape of my life!

I make a meatza occasionally that uses hamburger as the crust. I tried the cauliflower crust and was not a fan.

That explains the diet pizza. I said expensive because I've always seen everyone talking about only using organic foods and grass fed met.

I eat Paleo. Mostly because of food allergies, but also because it's just healthy. Allergic to gluten and dairy. I went to culinary school right outta high school and love to cook, so it's easy for me to come up with my own recipes. Just hard to eat out sometimes...
