I can't believe it used to be so small... This was a few weeks after it came off the lot

Of course, It didn't take long for all the ideas to come flooding through my head what to do and what to change on it. If I only knew what it would be like now, back then, I'd took more pictures of it.

A short trip to ECXC '08 Did me in, I became ate up with wanting to do more with the Xterra. I had a vision of what I wanted it to be. Only didn't know how long it would take to get there.

About two years ago, I decided I needed tires, And to put a winch in the bumper that was put on about 8 Months earlier. Also decided to Bedline the Exterior.

Didn't like those, They broke things, Glass / Plastic / Lights and dented things too.

Had to do something... Different than other mods. Not a very common colored Xterra now.

And then came the projectors, I don't like my vehicle polluted with lights hanging off it, and if you have to run more than 4 lights to see down the road at night, It's time to get some better lights!

Though it is a little dirty, I can see 200% better than what the Halogen lights did.

This thing is awesome man, love the color. You and the Iguana are the only two I've seen this color on now. What size pipes are on your exhaust btw?

Thanks! I saw the iguana and said "that's awesome! Lets do that color."
In that picture those are 4" turndowns off an International. I have since changed that again. Was a wee bit obnoxious .

ya that color is wicked... all xterras should of came in crazy colors like that.

I totally agree. Thanks!

UPDATE!!!!

Xterra is now sitting on its own weight. Still gotta get the rear re-geared and a few little things ironed out.

Thanks all!

Gotta call Calmini in the morning and get my front cross-member figured out and the steering figured out.

I'll get some pics uploaded of the flex.

Cause it sure does some serious travel in the front. Jesus does it ever... Now the rear is my weak point of flex...

I'm thinking a 4 link type of setup in the rear once all this settles.

What's up with the cross-member?

It won't bolt up in the front... Figure it is because its a manual trans... Or my x is just a oddball goofy mess from Nissan. Its one of the few off the line before the 2nd Gen rolled off the line.

Now THAT's what I'm talking about...well on your way to a monster! Is that a Calmini kit?

Yes sir, Its huge now... A bit more than I expected. And yes, its a calmini kit. I'm quite happy. Do-able in one evening easily if your a mechanic and got a few extra hands.

Well damn. I assume they're sending you the right one soon then?

I would have thought. I've done everything they wanted. Just waiting on them. At first they were all about getting me squared away when I was having issues about the wait and my local shop.
Maybe I'll give them a ring come Monday.

Definitely gonna have to get it on there and the swaybar. This thing leans like it's nobody's business.

No turning back now!
Kinda digging the travel on the front. Rear is still lame though.

Now just to get that locker repaired and get the gears and d-shaft in it.
