Is it a cargo rack or a cargo carrier?

Anyway, in preparing to remove whatever it's called for paint, is it just the screws on the mounts on top or do you have to remove the headliner panel inside to get to the underneath of the roof?

I believe it is called a roof rack. Besides that hope they don't spin then you don't have to remove anything if they do start to spin just realize your going to have to remove the headliner.

If they spin.. You have some serious issues as those nuts are tacked onto the inside of the roof and that would mean you've got rust issues.. Which means water issues in the headliner.
