Any plans to being this (an possibly your wheels and tires) to WENT? I have a feeling you could have them all sold rather easily there.. Plus, I'd love to see another badass white X out there.

Thanks man! I doubt it's me though.. my X has only been in Charlottesville like once in the last 3 years lol

Unfortunately I'm not gonna make it to WENT this year.. Hopefully next year though man

That's weird lol. I kid you not there's a white X with a 2" BL and 3" SL and it's even painted or bedlined like yours. But come to think of it, I don't think he painted up on the doors as high. But the fenders are definitely done in the same manner. If it's not you then someone has the twin to your X haha. I wish I had snagged some pics

Got lucky on the lockers/compressor.. ARB just started a deal monday, if you buy one locker, you get the small compressor free; buy 2 and you get the mid-size compressor free, which can also fill tires

Sure man! Luckily one of the guys I wheel with sas'd his previous X years ago so he'll be a big help. I don't have a time frame ironed out just yet.. I'm planning on picking up a spare H233B so both axles can just bolt in though. Ideally I'd like to have everything ready and knock it out in a weekend

I'm hoping to have it done by summer so I can wheel some and address any issues and then hopefully make it to WENT!

Question. Why are you swapping the transfer case? Does it bolt right up and use the same shift linkage?

The pathfinder t-cases have a stronger, thicker chain. Quite a few people have swapped them in.. I'm still doing some research on them but from what I've found, the 4x4 dash light and the speedo cable swap over. As long as you use m/t to m/t or auto to auto, there's no modifications to the tcase. The linkage does have to be shortened a bit and rewelded though

Just a recommendation but I wouldn't buy calmini' sway bar or driveshaft... You may not need the sway bar at all... The factory nissan bar can be reused with a small amount of fab work, as for the drive shaft... How tall are you trying to get the truck? For the price calmini wants your factory shaft can easily be lengthened or shortened to fit... My front lifted about 3" after my swap and I had to shorten my factory shaft .75" and now it fits perfect and has enough stretch under full droop

Oh interesting! My factory front swaybar is long gone lol I'll have to look into that. And yea I didn't plan on buying the calmini driveshaft.. that price is crazy. I can modify mine or get one done locally for a good bit less

For the front driveshaft I'm gonna follow nissannut's option #2 and build one from an XJ DS. They're readily available http://nissannut.com/projects/Driveshaft/. Just need to head down to the local pick'n'save and grab one!

Love hearing that another Xterra lover is coming to the dark side of the force (SAS). Lol

Can't wait to see progress pics. Just finished my SAS and love it. Still need a driveshaft but still totally drivable.

Also I see you went straight for the 1 ton Y link steering. Good choice. I did the same and so glad I did. I heard that the stock waggy one with the calmini adapter sucks balls. I just threw mine away right when I opened the box. Lol

Spent most of yesterday installing my ARB compressor, running all of the associated wiring, and cleaning up/rewrapping the harnesses behind the center console. The switches are mounted in the dash with a bracket from paranoidfabrications.com

Working into the night with my 200 LED worklight.. its like day-time under there!

Thanks! I wish my brackets were a little cleaner but the fender has so many weird curves that its tricky to make a perfect mount.. .06" aluminum was easy enough to shape to the contours I needed though. Depending on how it holds up I will probably recreate the mounts with steel to make them a bit more robust
