Great build! I knew I had seen that pic somewhere before. I think I might be doing a little "up chuck" myself here shortly :)

Nice build Chuck and congrats on making the magazine! I too will be doing the Up-Chuck mod after my BL, it's a great mod!

Dang, that's a lot of work you've put in. Your truck looks great, and nice going on getting all famous with the magazine pic! ;-)

very nice there chuck, I seem to like that color too for some reason, I just can't put my finger on why though. Really like those seat covers too.

If I remember, he couldn't get the bumper to fit over his hitch. I did it with the 'curt' hitch and it fit perfectly.

I made some spacers for my hitch so that it sits down an inch below the frame. These will give me the clearance I need to get the OEM bumper over my hitch and below the tailgate arc. Now I'm just working on drilling my bumper holes out to accommodate the 2" BL. After that I'll cutout my bumper. I'll get more pics up later.

I got some work done on my rear bumper today. It's not mounted yet but very close. I'm not sure if I want to cut it some more or leave it as is. I need to get some edging for it to give it a finished look.

I have gone out a couple of times with my spare still underneath, it does hit the ground sometimes but my hitch is still there taking most of the impact. I want to remove the hitch for this reason but then I don't have a tow point from the rear, which is why I need a new rear bumper.

I cleaned up my cuts, made a couple of notches, and finally got my bumper mounted this evening. I couldnt find any edge moulding today; I'll try again tomorrow.

Added trim pic to post #34. I need to give everything a good paint job but I'll probably put it off until late Spring after I graduate. :)

I finally got some truck time in. I fixed the squeaks that have been bothering the crap out of me; one being the front bumper (due to broken bolts during the BL) and one being my rear passenger side body puck. The bolt had backed out some and allowed the puck to pivot (and make a ton of noise). Both are fixed [for now].

While I was at it, I painted my OEM front skid plate and put it back on the X (it was off since my last oil change).
