Survivorman. I'm ashamed to say...

Les Stroud and Bear Grylls are douchebags with cameras. A few weeks of wilderness backpacking trips and you too can have your own "survival' reality TV show. It's so sad that the real survivalists, wheelers and off-road travelers don't give a shizzle about turning their lifestyle into a career. Simon Christie is the only "real deal" guy out there. Hopefully reality TV gets more real sometime soon.

I know I'm a little behind from the launch of the show, but House of Cards is my new obsession. Also watched Orange is The New Black with the fiancée all the way through. Netflix is putting out some good programs.

I love the instant gratification of having the entire season released in one day, but at the same time it really tests my self-control lol. I'm trying to pace it the best I can

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductions for 2014... never fails to entertain.

All good contributions this year but the Nirvana bit at the end was really good. With Joan Jett, Kim Gordon(Sonic Youth), St. Vincent and Lorde... all badazz gals who could care less about the expectations of the world around them. I think that Kurt would (reluctantly) approve.

Seriously... Kim Gordon wailing it out at age 61 with Krist and Dave? Yeah baby... that's punk/grunge history giving us all a b*tch slap in the face.

Lone Survivor was an awesome flick. I will probably break down and end up purchasing it for my collection at some point.
