So I received a package today that I did not order. It was heavy and not fun to carry from the office. I open it up and there are 2 turbo's sitting in it. So I called the people who "shipped" me the package and lets just say they did not send me it. Hmmm. So I called UPS and they said I can keep it or return it to who ever shipped it to me well they would just sell them so why let them make a profit so I'm keeping it for 1 month to see if anyone wants it.

So I know nothing about turbo's. I can tell you there both used and have oil in them/on them. I'm just trying to figure out what they are worth and for.
The following is all the info I know about them so far. They have duck tape on them in spots and I have not discovered all the parts numbers yet
Garrett Turbo 1:
0055
7-34 20C01
A140232

Garrett Turbo 2:
729340
F3W 11/1
M3
3H010

I tried googling with little returns. If you know where to look to find a good part number on a turbo please let me know. Or if you know what they are I would appreciate it. And if you are serious about buying them let me know that too. Remember I will weight a month before selling them.

Oh man. There are so many options. Those numbers are just on the housings. Who knows what the internal wheels are. Especially if the housings have been ported out. What type of exhaust flange? Pics please.

any ID plates on the center sections? Those will have a better chance of identifying them if they have them.

By the exhaust flange, size, and carbon I'm fairly certain it's off a diesel. Besides that couldn't tell you. I'm was an old school mitsu, subie, yota gear head before I got into the frontier and x.

Pretty sure this build was a remote mount.

My turbo Xterra: http://youtu.be/JlTQhyWUGQA

But..... Remote mounting a turbo is a serious waste of its potential.

Metz, if you're not going to build new headers so you can utilize them, I say you eBay them and make some money.

As a side note, turbos on an off-road rig are dumb as they don't make any power without revs. A roots style supercharger (like the OEM 1.5 S/C setup) is the way to go for best low end grunt.
