I'm doing a R-34 radiator swap and need some help on the type of cooler to go with. Seeings how the fluid won't run thru the radiator anymore I need to make sure I can cool it correctly. I'm think of using 2 of the round fin ones, #2 Does anyone have any experience with these?

This seems a bit over the top with the lines and all but 10 cores, O ya

I like the idea of a round one but how well would this work? I would get 2 of them I think.

The old school type, I would use 2 of these also I think.

A 15 row with fan.....Hum...I like this I would need a temp sensor to turn the fan on and off but I think that would be pretty easy.

My vote would be the first style followed by the old school stuff. I've seen both of those styles run with great success

Im running 2 of the 3rd ones you have listed. I have then secured to the condenser with zip ties. Make sure you get 3/8" or 1/2" though. Anything smaller will be a pita

the fewer moving parts the better, I would also suggest getting an in-line filter in there while you are at it. The ones in our tranny is more or a screen than an actual filter.

I’ve been running a B&M #70268, 11â€￾x7 ½â€￾x3/4â€￾ 13000BTU Automatic Transmission Super Cooler in my ’01 as an addition to the “superchargedâ€￾ version radiator I replaced the original with for a few years now. Still works as advertised.

I agree and run used the Perma-Cool 10677 Deluxe Automatic Transmission Filter Kit.
