First time in a long time i look forward to getting up in the morning....only because i should be down in the 220s....its been awhile aince my weights been that low.

Found some old pictures from when i was really fit and put them in my phone for motivation

Bought a new sleeping quilt to replace my mummy bag. Plan to get a tent next so I can do some more camping this summer.

Yea i bought the mummy when I was going to rausch for the first time in the winter and realized I left my blankets/sheets sitting in a bag on my floor. Mummy bags are just too constricting for me even when they are long enough, the foot box is too small.

I dont hurt nearly as bad today as i expected. My ankle and lower calves were on fire while i was running through my neighborhood yesterday.

Because I can't carry in or around work so if I had to carry (which was never) I would just open carry in the truck.
