GO HAWKS!!!!

Russell Wilson played at NC State for 3 years while I was there. Saw him play live nearly every home game...so I gotta go for RW, the most under rated QB in the league!

I like RW and he is a great talent but I don't think he's the most underrated.. Being the super bowl winning QB will get you some credits haha especially going back again

Teddy Bridgewater might be one of the more underrated, but RW, IMO, is one of the most simply because of his size. Have you seen the hits he takes?

We know you love Romo...but come on...even after the super bowl, no one talked about RW...it was all "Seahawks Defense...Marshawn Lynch". Even with the records RW has set, people talk about how he is no more than a game manager, and that anyone can have that success with Marshawn Lynch and that defense.

That being said...can you believe that play call by seahawks offensive coordinator?! Stupid.

That last pick, I can't even fault RW for that. It was a stupid play from the start. 2nd and goal. 18 inches to win. You pull Lynch from the backfield and throw with an empty backfield into a crowded middle?!?! QB sneak it, or give it to Marshawn. 3 times in a row if you have to. If Patriots stop that 3 times, they deserve to win.

I completely agree. The biggest bonehead move in NFL history, lol.

I think the reason they went with the pass is they went 3 wide and the Pats stayed in goal line. Knowing they had a one on one with every receiver and that's why they went with the quick slant before the blitz could get to Wilson... Definitely not the smartest play call every but if it would have worked we wouldn't be talked about it at all. Seems like if you're gonna pass it would've made sense to head towards the sidelines not the middle of the field. I think a play action pass would've fooled everybody like it did earlier in the game when some receiver for the Seahawks was wideeee open. It is what it is!

I agree with this. There is a stat that shows Marshawn's goal line rushing percentage from the 1yrd line +/- and the numbers only offered a toss-up situation. Is that the reason they called the pass? No, I don't think so, but I agree that it should have gone to the outside. Luke Willson has been a great pass-catching tight end and we have seen him multiple times run that outside slant, whether it be on the goal line or out in space. I would have considered a play-action pass to Luke Willson. If you take a hit or throw it too far OUTSIDE, no big deal. You have two timeouts and two more downs to make it happen.

Madden Moment incoming.

Pats stacked the middle. Slants to the middle was the worst call ever. Slanting into the coverage.

Better plays to have called:

1) Inside hand off to Lynch...he just got 6...he can probably get a half yard. He runs people over. and the O line usually pushes him further.
2) Read option, RW keeps. Read option with Lynch up the middle. Russell keeps it and has a very easy path to the far corner, since the defense was set up for Lynch in the middle.
3) Play action pass where RW rolls out and looks for corner pass, having option to bootleg in the end zone.

I agree Rob. I don't think a pass there was THAT bad of a play call... a pass to the middle was haha. I would've liked to have seen #3!
