So I got invited out to go do some shock tuning and drive a Frontier Race truck this last weekend. Wanted to drop some pics for you guys! This truck ran in the Baja 1000 last year. Broke down about 320 miles in. There is a lot of little tuning and work to be done on it but it's such a great platform for racing!!

Too awesome!! What did you think of it compared to the race Xterra (7112)?

Is really different. The Xterra racer was still setup as a class 7s meaning it still had very little travel up front so it was way more stiff and bouncy. This truck has some rear suspension issues so it was getting a lot of rear axle wrap due to the fact it isn't 3 linked in the rear. Also it need a bunch of shock tuning. It's was still crazy fun to drive and soaked up a ton of the bumps but in the whoops it need some work!
