On Sunday morning, January 4th, 2015 a few of the guys from “718†will be driving out to the Babylon Headquarters Permit Office at Montauk Downs, Robert Moses State Park in Long Island to purchase the “4 Wheel Beach Vehicle Fishing Permit†for 2015.
