Hey guys/gals
So after a freezing snowboarding trip up in Utah (driving on the temp, it read -5) I finally decided to fix my heater core. Those whom have done the job no how fun it is to do.
Anyways now it only blowing hot air, is it possible I have one of the (2) hoses backwards going into the firewall into the heater core? Any ideas?

No, heater core only deals with hot air, cold air comes from the evap core behind the glove box. Check that you have your AC controls hooked up because it sounds like the blend door (above heater core) is stuck in the 'fires of hell' position.

Is the door in the Evap core its self? Plus forgot to mention. I had to let the Freon out when I pulled the unit out
That could be a problem. Did you pull vacuum and recharge?

Ya because when I pulled the evap core to get to the heater core, I unhooked the AC lines losing the vacuum an recharge.

It sounds like the cable that controls your blend door isn't connected. Is there resistance when you turn the temperature knob? Or does it just flop from hot to cold?

It doesn't feel loose or floppy, an as I turn the knob I can hear the blend door I assume opening an closing. Well sounds like
Something is opening an shutting, not sure if it's the doors
