On top of that, my main problem was the plastic. Some of the tabs were not locking in right and the boots were coming off the plastic. OEM parts ftw. Despite $$.

Wish I would have known you were looking for this...Mine was originally a manual so my stock boot and surround is just sitting in a box. Rig looks great BTW

So I went to drive the truck on Friday... And guess what. Battery was completely flat. Quick check with the multimeter shows that the winch is still leaking power. Which means, it's also leaking water into the motor. It still works but I pulled it from the battery to make sure that my relay doesn't get fried again.

I guess it's time to get a new winch. Because I don't feel like fixing it again.
