Here's my bud Boone the day I got him. He's the first dog I can actually say is 'mine." I think he is a Golden Retreiver/Lab mix or a Border Collie/Lab mix. He absolutely would not leave my lap the whole 2 hour ride home (picked him up from a shelter).

Here's the latest pic I have of him; he's about 7 months old. Now when I take him for a ride he just chills in the back seat with his head out the window and tongue flapping in the wind. I haven't taken him camping yet, but hopefully will here pretty soon.

Well I can finally say that I have a furry co-pilot now!

Meet Norman! He is a 6 month old Golden-Doodle (A Doodle for a Doodle). He was also my birthday gift this year. Once he turns two I plan on putting him through the training and testing to become my very own Touch Therapy Dog (for my fibromyalgia)

Yeah this picture it was time to get out and he sat down and gave me that look......I drove around the block a couple times and he reluctantly got out.

Girlfriend got a pit bull pup. The pup is real good at sleeping.

But, I'm trying to get her ready for adventure hikes and camps.

So far real good at car rides. Pretty good at hiking as well. Feels good to a have a large breed as my family has had mostly foo foo house dogs. Not that they were bad all dogs love a adventure and are great. Just well a big tall dude walking a yorkshire terrier in the woods with a pink glitter collar meh not the same as a large pit bull. I still enjoy walking my moms teddy bear breed dog but something about a large dog.

Haha, I've had black cats and can attest to this. My orange tabby acts more like a dog than a cat.
