I'm planning on getting back to it after Xmas... I have a couple things work out and I need to get the rear gears..
I need about 800 more to spend on it I think

Well I had planned to work on Mr Stan all day today but I some how I became distracted...
I helped take someones sway bar off and install some rear shocks..

But I did have some time to do a little trimming on Stan. The Calmini coil towers require you to remove the old shock mounts.
Now cutting metal is easy but where these damn things are makes it a slow go..

Between this and my cordless sawzaw batteries dying this project has been a pain..

KGB was nice enough and ordered me a "plugged" swallow to finish up the other side..
I still need to clean the frame a little but I was able to get the coil towers mounted..

With the old shock mounts

You can see here where the old mount hits..

For whatever reason, GoPro's stupid software didn't save my additions such as music or the slower pace. Oh well. My battery died RIGHT AS y'all were dropping the diff.
Cool video. Also one recommendation why did you work on the truck the entire time and not take the wheels off the truck???? It would have been a lot easier not having to deal with tires being in the way.

The thought was so that it didn't slam on the ground and we could roll it out as a whole piece, which is what happened.

If that works go for it. I did not unbolt anything. I just torched it when I did mine.

Based on this statement, perhaps you should refrain from advising others on the proper way to do things. Don't get me wrong, what you have done with your rig is interesting, but maybe it's not for everyone, and there's a lot of people who are still just learning who will take advice without a second thought. With great modifications comes great responsibility...
