This information popped up on a thread over on TNX and is good information for those of us with the M226. This catalog is from Dana Spicer about the parts and some specifics about the M226 as well as those who are Titan Swapped with the M205:

<<< Dana Super44/M226 and M205 Axle BOM >>>

I wonder if you can buy parts directly from them? This would make it easier should someone grenade their axle. In the past, I have attempted to buy parts for an axle they outsourced years ago.

I apologize for previously misleading information about M226's original deviation.

That's an awesome pdf. With these part numbers someone can go directly to a Dana dealer and order parts directly. No need for explaining what it goes to or anything. Good find!

wait . . wait

you mean to tell me that the pathfinder also runs an m205?

So this whole time, I could have also been looking for pathfinder diffs?

You would have to check on the trim level though. I don't know which trims came with which ratios. For example, Titans with the [big] tow package came with the 3.36 ratios, which are of course ideal for those of us with the OR/P4X trim.

Only the v8 Pathy

The v6 still has the r180

Thank you for clearing that up

I was checking car-part, it also depends on the year. It seems only the 2006 and up had the m205 in the V8s.

2008-2012 v8 Pathy. The v8 wasn't available until 08. Now I'm not sure what the gear ratios are, but the diff is an m205.

Also, all Armada v8s had m205s as well. The Armada is simply the SUV version of the Titan with an independent rear axle.

Interesting. Any insight on the Armada?

Anything with 9000 lb towing capacity got the 3.36 gears. This is basically all LE and Platinum models and the majority of the SL models. I believe if it has a transmission temp gauge and 4wd it has the 3.36 gears
