So I was trying to change my brake fluid do a bleed and flush and change the bleeder screws in the process, and as I was attempting to take off the first screw it just snapped in my socket, How can I fix this?

I would. There it's the cylinder that would be replaced. Hopefully the brake line will be forgiving on that day

your other option is trying an easy out, I hate leaving something not right if I can help it. If that does not work out, drill it and coil it. Lastly replacement parts, the junk yard should have the big piece cheap, with the shoes, springs, and moving parts new from the parts store.
