Do NOT purchase anything from XN member 05x4x4. He makes promises to send you what you purchased but never does send anything. I purchased SPC UCA's from him a few weeks back and he promised to send them to me on Aug 4th via UPS. I have sent him countless pm's and emails requesting the tracking# and he has never gotten back to me. He has been back on this site at least once a day but doesn't have the balls to answer me. I never received the SPC UCA's! This guy is a thief! I have purchased many Xterra parts from others on the other Xterra forum's and have never been screwed. Everyone has been cool and honest, something which this member is clearly lacking. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy anything from 05x4x4!!

I used PayPal but since I sent him money using (friends/family) option I would not be able to retrieve my money back. That was my stupid fault. I guess I was too trusting. I am going to try and reach out to my bank to see if anything can be done.

I just bought an R180 diff from a member over on TNX. He sent me an invoice so I'm not sure which I actually did or if its covered. It shows he has a verified account but I have faith in most people but you can't be too careful.

I've bought and sold a few items over on the TNX (in fact I have a listing of stock items and a dynomax catback exhaust) in addition to setting up and managing the Viggs Hood Blackout Group Buy and I have never screwed anybody. In addition I have 100% feedback on eBay expanding over 20 yrs. Whenever I would send anything I always try to ship within 2 business days and I always send the buyer a tracking #. I thought he would have been honest since he had over 250+ posts on this forum, but I guess you can't be too sure.

Well today is the day I was told that 05x4x4 would be sending out the spc uca's that I paid for. Well still no email from 05x4x4 regarding shipment so I doubt I will be receiving anything from him. What a total joke!

Heard back from 05x4x4 wife now that the SPC UCA's would be sent out next week. Depending on which day they are shipped would be a month since I paid for the SPC. Since I am not confident that they will be sent next week, I have asked that my funds be returned.

Seller came through and sent the spc uca's. I received the tracking info. Thank you all who stepped in and texted the seller to help resolve the issue for me. I guess moral of the story to keep an open communication between buyer and seller, and send your paypal payment as goods / services so if there is an issue you can file a claim. In the end, seller came through and sent the uca's.

I have heard that my AAL's will be shipped today by 3 (if not tomorrow)

I hate that it had to come to these terms, but I am glad that all is being sorted out.

I'm glad your AAL's are being shipped. Yeah I hate too that it had to come to complaining and the constant emails to get it straightened out.
