The damn ball ripped out of the socket in the control arm causing the knuckle and tire to tuck under the control arm and slide for a bit. Luckily I wasn't going fast and I called my buddy to rescue me so we trailered it to the house and I fixed it on the trailer over last weekend.

I love how there are literally only 3 machines I need in the gym. And I need them all on Friday. Normally its dead but lately it's been slammed. If you can do more than the empty machine...get off. Go get some 5lb dumbbells and gtfo my way!!!
