Fix leaking power steering lines. looks like the twenty-year-old return line gave up the ghost finally and while I was in there I replaced the supply line to the pump all in all cost me under $20. I have to finish wiring the winch because it does not have a breaker right now but when I'm done...

Well the truck made it over tincup pass with nothing but a flat tire and a leaking power steering line. I did ride my rock sliders down a few chutes.

I will be replacing my remote completely as my winch has no remote. Thanks

Finished fitting my winch plate. Need to weld it tomorrow. The winch isn't welded in in this photo it's just sitting so it will be a bit lower

Normally they are a pull type fan so it would go on the back. You can see where the OP made a template for his shroud. Not terribly hard to build one.

No you want a shroud made to fit the electric fan setup on that radiator. Better airflow and more room between the rad and engine. That said if you have any fabrication experience at all a shroud is pretty easy to work up

That's pretty close to what I found but with a fan shroud. I'll see if I can find the listing

I forgot to mention a new hub seal fir if I have to pull the wheel bearing. I have also added a list of chemicals Engine Oil Diff oil Gear oil Atf for power steering Break fluid for breaks and clutch Lock tight Die electric grease Polly grease antisease

I guess I was wondering if you remember what the fittings are. I'm guessing 3/8 since most things like brake lines are suppose to be sae on USA market trucks.

Well it took longer than intended to get too it but I finaly got the line in. I ended up having to cut the fitting so that I could remove the valve from the pump with it then chuck the valve up in a vice and take the air impact to it. Finaly got it done and refilled then made a drive over to...

I am preparing my spare parts for a summer of running trail running. this is what I am up to. locking hub cv axle wheel bearing plug wire spark plug fuses relays full set of belts slave cylinder (clutch) lug nuts quick change valve stem is there anything missing that i should add?

My new power steering pressure line came today. Will try to get it installed on Friday.
